Affirmation or positive reinforcement

I wake every morning and celebrate my life - I love my life - I remind myself as my feet hit the ground as I get out of bed

I then do the daily magic program as taught by Tony Robbins and I repeat again
All I need is within me now
All the love I need is within me now
All the certainty I need is within me now
All the passion I need is within me now
All the joy I need is within me now
All the faith I need is within me now

I then continue to empower myself with statements to support my beliefs
Everyday in every way I'm feeling stronger and stronger
Happier and happier
More fulfilled
More excited
More certain
More inspired
More on purpose

I explore great thanks and gratitude for all that I have - thank you thank you thank you.

I ask for forgiveness and I acknowledge my gifts talents and strengths all the while stating the goals and objectives that I desire.

Tony encourages everyone to remember its the moments that matter and that life is a gift . A gift to give to share to grow and to enjoy
The opportunity to live, love, learn , laugh and leave a legacy

Either way it is all inspiring.
