Interestingly today my "state of mind" is my burning thought itself.
How do you really know your own state of mind and the previous associations you have made in unconscious feeling associated to various triggers.
Even after all that analysis and awareness how do you effect the change that stops you automatically triggering those feelings at the time?
I found and interesting technique with Tony Robbins personal power II. It involves creating a new association to the trigger (once it has been identified) sounds simple doesn't it?
Actually it is simple, the hard part is working on the trigger identification and getting to the root cause of the issue. Once you have found it though providing you do create a new feeling associated to the reaction after a short while it becomes the new reality for the circumstance.
I use it often to shake my own issues and I am grateful for the learning in uncovering the root cause to move on.
Another lesson and and an opportunity to live, love, laugh, learn and leave a legacy.
